Refund policy

The $10-per-person payment saves your seat for Thursday, September 17, 2026 in Minneapolis. It’s a refundable deposit, not an extra fee.

If we don’t reach twelve seats

The night only happens if at least twelve seats are saved. If we don’t get there—or if the organizer cancels—every deposit goes back to the original payment method.

If the night is on

Your deposit comes off the remaining balance. The full price is $49 for one person or $89 for two. The exact venue will be emailed after the twelve-seat minimum is reached.

If your plans change

Before the venue is confirmed, you can request a refund by replying to your reservation email. After that, requests will be handled reasonably based on venue costs already committed and whether the seat can be filled.

Timing

Refunds go through Stripe to the original payment method. A fully refunded seat returns to event availability after Stripe confirms the refund. Your bank or card issuer may need a few extra business days to show the credit.
