Refund policy

These terms apply to full-price tickets for Thursday, October 8, 2026.

The event requires at least 8 paid guests, excluding hosts. We will confirm the event by October 1, 2026 at 6:00 PM Central.

If the organizer cancels or the minimum is not reached, customers receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Customers may request a full refund through October 1, 2026 at 6:00 PM Central. After confirmation, tickets are transferable but not refundable unless the organizer cancels. The refund-request deadline still applies if we confirm early.

Refunds are processed through Stripe. Your bank determines when the credit appears. Fully refunded tickets no longer count toward paid inventory.

Earlier reservations retain their original date, price and refund rights. September reservation terms.
