Privacy

UNTAP / MPLS collects information to organize beginner Magic nights, process ticket payments, and measure demand.

Reservations and signups

Reservations include a name, email, seat quantity, price, payment status, and campaign attribution. Stripe handles card information; we never receive your full card number. Future-date and waitlist signups require only email and explicit consent. First name, date availability, party size, and a note are optional. Signup is not a reservation and does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

Measurement

When enabled in production, we use pseudonymous visitor and session IDs, first-touch and current-session campaign tags, and interaction events. Browser storage remembers attribution. We also use recognized referring platforms, such as Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, and Google, to identify traffic sources when campaign tags are absent; analytics drops referrer paths and query strings. Aggregate reports are emailed to the organizer. We do not send names, email addresses, or free-text form responses to analytics. An IP hash helps limit form abuse. Visitor counts are estimates; we do not claim exact geographic accuracy.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the site. Supabase stores reservations, signups, and internal funnel records. Stripe processes payments. Resend delivers event emails when sending is enabled. Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and Vercel Analytics run only when their identifiers or settings are configured and production analytics is enabled. Internal QA and local/test environments are excluded.

Your choices

Reply to an event email to stop future-night updates, request access to your data, or request deletion. We retain records only for event operations, refunds, demand analysis, and applicable accounting obligations. Email Chris at untapmpls@gmail.com for questions, transfers, or refund requests.
